Right to Life: Letter of Law of 1867 promotes the abolition of the Death Penalty
The Charter of Law Abolition of the Abolition of the Death Penalty was published 153 years ago. It has a strong symbolic value for Europe, as it contains many of the values and ideals currently embodied in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, namely those based on the values of tolerance and respect for human life.
