Project “Lab Europe” for young Europeans

Project “Lab Europe” for young Europeans, will take place this summer in the European Heritage sites of the Westphalian Peace, Osnabrück and Münster.

The Sites are now looking for young people living or working in the cities of the European Heritage Sites: young musicians, visual artists, young people interested in European history or in digital media and games.

What is it about?

As part of the European Cultural Heritage Year 2018 Osnabrück and Münster invite up to 60 women and men in the age of 18-25 from the other locations of the European Cultural Heritage Sites to take part in the meeting and participation project “Labor Europa” in Osnabrück, Germany, from 16th to 26th August 2018.

The joint work takes part in five so-called laboratories, which have the character of workshops and in which figuratively speaking, something “divides” and “cultures” grow.

The participants will deal with the history and present of Europe and describe the future Europe.

Communication is in English.

The individual laboratories will have 8-15 participants and are accompanied by professional partners such as the Theater Osnabrück, Institute for Music, Museum of Cultural History and others.

The results of the laboratories will be presented in public on 24th and 25th August as part of the Night of Culture.
